Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order and payment is received. We may decline an order where stock has run out, a price was listed in error, or payment cannot be verified.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in Rupiah and include applicable tax unless stated otherwise. Shipping is added at checkout. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your card details.
Delivery and risk
Delivery estimates come from the courier and are not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to your address.
Products and colour
We aim to show colour and detail accurately, but screens vary. Slight variation in colour and wash between batches is normal for denim and textiles.
Returns
Marketplace purchases are governed by the return policy of the marketplace of purchase. For manufacturing defects, contact us — defective items are exchanged or refunded. Nothing here limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are first resolved amicably; failing that, in the courts of our legal domicile in Indonesia.
