Shipping
We ship across Indonesia from Jakarta.
Couriers and rates
Shipping is quoted live by the courier based on your destination and order weight. The courier options, their rates and estimated times appear when you check out in the marketplace app you are buying from.
Cash on delivery (COD)
COD is available on some couriers only, and whether you get it is decided by the marketplace you are buying from. If the courier you pick there supports it, the option appears at its checkout; if not, choose another courier or pay up front.
Processing time
Marketplace orders are processed within that marketplace's handling window (typically 1-2 working days); delivery estimates follow the courier you choose at checkout. Track your parcel directly in the app you bought from.
Getting the address right
The district field in the marketplace app searches the courier's own area list. Pick from the suggestions so the rate and delivery are accurate — typing without selecting can leave a parcel stuck.
