How do I choose my size?
Our trousers use waist sizing (e.g. 30, 32, 34). Every product page has a size table in centimetres — measure a pair that already fits you well and match it against the table. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one.
Which payment methods can I use?
Purchases are completed in our official stores on Shopee, TikTok Shop or Tokopedia, so the payment methods are whichever that app offers — typically QRIS, virtual account transfer, e-wallet, and cash on delivery where the courier supports it. This site shows the product and its list price; no payment is taken here.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the courier and destination. Cost and estimated time appear when you check out in the marketplace app you are buying from — those figures come straight from the courier, not from our estimate.
How do I track my order?
Marketplace orders are tracked in the app you bought from — the tracking number appears there once the parcel ships. Keep that order number if you want to ask us about status over WhatsApp.
Can I exchange or return?
Purchases via Shopee, TikTok Shop, or Tokopedia follow the return policy of the marketplace you bought from — file exchanges/returns in its app. For manufacturing defects, contact our WhatsApp with photos and your order number; every defect claim is handled directly by us.
