What we collect

• Account data: the email address and/or WhatsApp number you sign in with.
• Order data: name, phone number, delivery address, and what you ordered.
• Technical data: basic logs needed to keep the site running and secure.

How you sign in

We use passkeys, email sign-in links, or one-time codes over WhatsApp. We do not store passwords.

Payments and delivery

Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider. Your card details never pass through our servers and are not stored by us. Your delivery address is shared with the courier you select for the sole purpose of delivering your order.

Try-on photos

If you use the try-on feature, your photo is processed only to generate that preview, and only after you give explicit consent. Both the upload and the result are deleted automatically after a short retention window, and are never used for anything else, never used to train models, and never sold.

Personalisation

Personalised recommendations are opt-in. If you do not consent, the site works fully without them. You can review, withdraw or delete your consent at any time in the Privacy Centre in your account.

Your rights
