Balcano has made men's trousers in Indonesia since 2001 — jeans, dress pants and casual trousers, in sizes cut as separate production runs.

Balcano is ALGUNTAL's oldest label. For years it was known to traders at the Cipulir counter, where our trousers were wholesaled to many resellers; the same product is now available direct.

The range covers three kinds of trouser: jeans (regular, slim and skinny, in stretch and sateen), dress pants (high twist, semi wool and silk wool, flat or pleated front) and casual canvas trousers for everyday wear.

Balcano is wholly owned by ALGUNTAL. We buy and own the fabric ourselves, then cut and sew with partner workshops around Greater Jakarta.

Sizes are numbered by waist circumference in inches, with the centimetre equivalent on every product page. Each tier is cut as its own run rather than one pattern scaled up: dress pants come in three tiers (27-32, 33-38 and 39-44), while jeans and casual trousers come in two (27-32 and 33-38).
